Due to a workplace injury, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspected a facility owned and operated by Sofidel America (Respondent) in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on June 23, 2022. As a result of the inspection, OSHA issued to Respondent a Citation and Notification of Penalty (Citation) on December 8, 2022
