To find a decision by either case name or docket number, type the case name or docket number (##-####) into the box above and select search. You do not need to complete the other fields.

For a broader search, you may use the dropdown feature to select “All” or narrow your search by “Final ALJ Decisions” or “Final Commission Decisions.” You may also narrow your search by selecting a date range if you so choose. For this type of search, leave the case/docket number field empty.

**Please note that this search contains final Commission and unreviewed ALJ decisions, but only those unreviewed ALJ decisions that have become final orders of the Commission since 1993.  Some final orders of unreviewed ALJ decisions since 1993 are not included on this list (e.g., settlements and defaults). Since 1987, ALJ decisions that were reviewed by the Commission are appended to the end of the final Commission decision. Final Commission decisions dated 1993 or earlier have been reproduced following conversion from prior formats. Corrections have been made and noted to the extent possible where the original copy was unreadable or contained errors or omissions.
