Reasonable Accommodation Policy & Procedures
Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
It is the policy of the Review Commission to provide personal assistance services (PAS) to individuals who need them because of targeted disabilities. See 29 C.F.R. § 1614.203(d)(5). These services must be provided, in addition to reasonable accommodations, to employees who have targeted disabilities and require PAS to perform essential functions of their position unless doing so would impose an undue hardship to the Review Commission. The process to request personal assistance services is the same as requesting reasonable accommodations and can be found here.
If you have any questions about personal assistance services, please contact the Review Commission’s Disability Program Manager.
